Requirements for the applicant
The applicants should be at least 16 years of age on or before 1st September 2021. A meritorious certificate or Grade C in Mathematics, English or Irish, Science etc are required. If you have not secured the desired results in science, then Arts and Craft, Home Economics, Materials Technology, Metal Work, Technical Graphics etc are accepted. A grade D or higher at ordinary level in Mathematics, English or Irish, Science, Agricultural Science, Applied Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, Physics etc are also acceptable.
