Gardaí have attended the scene of a fatal road traffic collision involving a truck and a car in Co Limerick.
On Tuesday at around 3.30 pm, a collision occurred on the N21 near Rathkeale. The male car’s driver was declared dead on the spot.
Following the incident, no other injuries were reported.
Local diversions are in place while forensic collision investigators inspect the scene.
Gardaí are appealing for any witnesses to the collision to come forward.
