Oscar-winning Hollywood star Charlize Theron ready to sell her Spanish styled bungalow in Los Angeles. The bungalow built in 1925 is spanning over 2,000 square feet and the bid is for $ 1.84 million.
It was purchased by Theron 15 years ago and in the neighbourhood of West Hollywood. The bungalow has facilities like open-plan living, dining and kitchen space, four bedrooms including a primary suit and oversized windows. A garden and pool are adjacent to the building. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties holds the bid.
Ms. Theron won an academy award for ‘Monster’ in 2003, portraying Aileen Wuornos, an American serial killer who was sidelined by the discriminative society. Her recent popular roles were in ‘The Old Guard’, ‘Atomic Blonde’ and the ever-shining Furiosa in ‘Mad Max 5.’ The South African born will be reprising her role in ‘Mad Max: The Wasteland’ expected to hit theatres in 2023.
