Ratha Yatra in Dublin, the festival of the chariots, brings devotional Indian culture to Ireland with a Krishna Conscious parade festival, singing, dancing, and a vegetarian feast.
Ratha Yatra is the popular international annual parade festival of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness. It features a wooden chariot pulled by hand accompanied by singing, dancing, drums, and cymbals and culminates in an afternoon of music, drama, and dance exhibits.
ISKCON Ireland invites all to the biggest festival of the year—Rath Yatra 2022. The Dublin Rathayatra will take place on Saturday 30th July.
Where will we meet?
– At 11 AM we will meet at the Garden of Remembrance (D01 A0F8)
– From 2 PM-5 PM, the festivities continue where we celebrate in Merrion Square Park, with kirtan, hearing the philosophy, and having a delicious (free) feast.
Who can come?
– Anyone and everyone is invited to join! This is a family-friendly event.
