Planning permission have been received by Quintain, the residential developers, to build 235 homes in West Dublin. The houses will be built at Aderrig in Adamstown. In the site which has a gross value of over €80 million, they are planning to build 159 houses and 76 apartments in 17 acres of land.
The building process will start by April and the homes are expected to finish at October 2021.
In order to minimize the shortage of properties, over 700 homes will be built on different schemes. They are planning to build 237 homes under the second scheme and 245 homes under the third scheme
