A woman’s body has been discovered in the River Boyne in Co. Meath.
The woman, who was in her 60s, was identified as dead on the spot.
Gardaí are investigating all the circumstances around the discovery of the body in Trim on Friday night.
The results of a postmortem examination, which is scheduled for a later date, will determine the course of the investigation.
