Cork Nurses affirms JERUSALEMA DANCE CHALLENGE

Being highly inspired by the viral YouTube dance performance of the Garda Siochan, the Indian Nurses in the Cork County have stepped forward to affirm the Jerusalema Dance Challenge. The brilliant dance video has incorporated the various dance forms of India, accompanied with the original Jerusalem dance movements. This outstanding challenge was organized by COINNS- Cork Indian Nurses, which is an active and enthusiastic cultural organization of Indian Nurses working in the hospitals and nursing homes in the county of Cork in Ireland. In this tough period of a yearlong pandemic and lockdown, people are bound to the four walls of their house, with minimal social interaction and maximum boredom.

COINNS intended to provide a relief to the frontline workers and the public through the mode of a visual entertainment with the core message to stay safe and a great hope that we are nearly there. Furthermore, they also wanted to exhibit the beauty of the Cork County to the world. Many nurses in different groups have participated in this event following all the protocols of COVID -19 and they felt that it was a great relief from their stressful work and life during the pandemic. This fabulous performance has received great appreciation and wide acceptance in the social media.
