Gardai From Naas District Celebrates Holi With The Indian Community

Gardai from Naas district celebrated Holi with the Indian community, the Bihar Jharkhand Association of Ireland (Twitter-@BJAIreland).

The Event

The Holi event, organized by the Bihar Jharkhand Association of Ireland (BJAI) on 18 March 2022 in the Monread Community Centre, Naas was inaugurated by Lord Mayor Cllr Seamie Moore.

Garda Inspector Paul Reilly, Garda Shane Smyth, and Community Garda Gary Cogan celebrated Holi as well by joining the community functions.

The Holi event was a colorful fun event that had a live DJ playing Bollywood and regional songs and delicious traditional mouth-watering foods. There were a lot of Holi-themed performances like dancing, singing, beautiful speeches about Holi, Antakshari (musical game) and so many more. People from all age groups participated with fervent emotions.

This fun-filled event was broadcasted live on the digital platforms of the Apna Bihar Facebook page as well as the News 18 network.
