On Sunday, Gardaí were called to assist a woman in distress in Blanchardstown Shopping centre. When Garda Arrived they quickly realised the woman was in labour.
Gardaí were assisted by Ms Anbemicael. While awaiting the ambulance a baby boy was delivered, he appeared to be in good health. Garda O’Connell retrieved towels and a first aid kit from security staff to aid the new born baby and mother.
After a very short time Dublin Fire Brigade and an ambulance arrived. Both Mother and Baby were taken by ambulance. Gardaí would like to thank the security in there assistance in this matter.
