Irish Foreign Ministry hiring for Service officers

Applications are invited for the post of Services Officer at the Department of Foreign Affairs. The deadline for applications is 3rd May 2022. The posts are located in:

  • Dublin City Centre
  • Balbriggan
  • Limerick
  • The panel may consider applicants for the Department’s Cork office, should a position become available

The Department of Foreign Affairs is responsible for the external relations of Ireland. It conducts its work through the State’s network of over ninety consular and diplomatic Missions abroad. The Department’s Offices in Ireland support this work and also deliver the State’s Passport Service.

The Services Officer role is a key one within the Department, supporting the functions of the various Business Units and the smooth and secure operation of services. The Services Officer is often the first point of contact with the Department for the public and representatives of other States.
