Prices go up for houses in the first quarter of 2021 in Dublin as per Myhome.ie reports

The reports by myhome.ie states that there had been a slight inflation of 1.1% in house prices in Dublin where as in other counties the prices fall by 0.4%. In the first three months the prices were almost flat in Dublin.

The report explains that nationally the rate of new sales are €284,000 generally, while in Dublin it rose to €396,000 and in other parts of the state it is €236,000. Experts opine that newly listed properties could be calculated as the future price fluctuation indicators. Compared to the first three months of 2020, prices and number of transactions have increased by 2.5% in the first three months of 2021. In 2021, till now, there have been 9032 residential transactions worth €2.9 billion.

As you examine the price gains, there are solid increase in rates in Cork, Clare and Limerick. The median price range for a two bedroom apartment in Cork raised by 2.7% from last year while the price raised by 5% for a four bedroom semi detached apartment.

Summing up, the price inflation for four room semi detached houses was high in 16 counties where as it remained flat in two and negative in eight counties.
