Three people rescued from vessel off the coast of Wicklow after engine failure

Three people have been rescued from a vessel after engine failure off the coast of Wicklow. The RNLI was alerted at 1.40 am today about the engine failure of a vessel in the sea 10 miles east of Arklow Harbour.

The volunteers responded immediately and rescued three people on board and brought them safe back to shore at 5 am. No injuries reported.
