The Criminal Assets Bureau searched Cavan on Thursday and recovered three Rolex watches, three Louis Vuitton bags, and €115,000 from a bank account.
Bureau officers carried out the search with assistance from the North Western Region Detective and Uniform Gardaí, the Regional Armed Response Unit, and the Customs Dog Unit.
In addition to the recovery of designer goods, three Canada Goose coats, €4,480 in cash, and various documents and gadgets, they claimed the operation involved searches at a number of sites.
The operation forms part of a CAB investigation, initiated following a referral from a Western Region asset profiler, targeting assets, including properties deriving in whole or part from the proceeds of criminal activity.
