Education in Ireland has announced a virtual showcase for foreign students which helps them for migration to Ireland for education. The showcase will take place on Saturday, October 23, 2021, from 1 pm to 6 pm.
The event is conducted for the government of Ireland by the Enterprise Ireland which is responsible for the promotion of Irish Higher Education Institutions overseas. Also this event is exclusively for the students from India and Sri Lanka.
In the online event, the students will be able to talk through text and video to the representatives of higher education institutes in Ireland. They can clarify doubts and get a detailed view of the education system and courses in the country. Admission process, visa processes, stay-back options will also be discussed. Parents of the students can also participate in the event. The event will include a virtual seminar room with Irish Visa Office representatives and student ambassadors.
The top 20 institutes in Ireland will be participating in the event that offer UG and PG programmes in Business, Science, Engineering and Humanities. Officials from the Irish Visa Office in New Delhi will also be there to give clarity over visa procedures. Irish Government officials will be conducting virtual seminars for foreign students in the event.
Ireland has already eased many of the restrictions related to Covid-19 and started welcoming vaccinated foreigners since September. The educational institutions in the country have also been opened since some weeks.
The event will provide a free platform for all students to gauge their prospects, apply directly to the below mentioned leading Irish institutions and receive first-hand information on courses, admission process, intakes and so on.
