Happy news for the potential home buyers in Ireland- 330 properties across the country will be auctioned off next week by the property company BidX1. The auction will be carried out online on 29 and 30 of September.
“We offer a number of different sale methods, but our digital auctions remain one of the most popular. It’s a very efficient and transparent method of selling, with huge momentum building up to the day itself.” Head of Property at BidX1 Jonathan Fenn said.
“A very wide range of properties will be offered, from family homes in sought-after Dublin suburbs to coastal land with stunning views over Tremone Bay in Donegal, and even a former church,” he added.
64 per cent of the residential properties being offered by BidX1 are houses. In total, more than 280 across the country will be offered at the auction, and more than 130 of those are currently vacant.
All 26 counties are represented in the catalogue, while 88 properties in Dublin will be offered. Almost half of those are vacant houses, with an average guide price of €295,000.
