Police in Northern Ireland have arrested six persons following a third night of disorder across Belfast on Tuesday, during which a number of racially-motivated hate crimes were reported, RTE reported.

A young boy sustained minor facial injury after he was assaulted by up to ten youths in an incident being treated as a hate crime, Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) said.
Police said a shop on the Falls Road was targeted with eggs around 6.10 pm while the staff inside were subjected to racial abuses by a group of young people.
PSNI also said they dealt with a number of assaults, criminal damage incidents and arson under “challenging environment” across the city.
This was the third night of unrest that unfolded in the city, after two businesses were attacked on Saturday following an anti-immigration protest, and another round of violence on Monday.
