The Bishop of the CSI Madhya Kerala Mahayidavaka, Right Rev Dr Malayil Sabu Koshy Cherian, has arrived in Ireland for an Episcopal visit and to lead the Confirmation Service at the Holy Trinity CSI Congregation Dublin.
The Confirmation Service will be held on February 28 at 10 am. Nineteen children from the parish will receive Holy Communion and enter into full membership of the Church as part of the ceremony.
Crystal Jubilee closing meeting
The same day will also mark the 15th Annual (Crystal Jubilee) Closing Meeting of the parish. Bishop Sabu Koshy Cherian will attend as chief guest. The meeting will be presided over by parish vicar Rev Jenu John.
Among those expected to extend greetings are Michael Jackson, Dr Jessie Sarah Koshy, President of CSI Madhya Kerala Mahayidavaka Streejana Sathala, and Rev Mark Gardner, Vicar of St Catherine’s and St James Church.
Visit to Galway worship centre
On March 1, the Bishop and parish committee will visit the CSI St Peter’s Worship Centre in Galway, which was established during the Jubilee year, and will lead the Holy Communion service there.
Parish office bearers include Kaikaran Mathew P Thomas, Secretary Shani T Mathew and Treasurer Dale Mathews Mammen.
