Second-hand property prices in Dublin have experienced a notable uptick, with figures from DNG indicating a 1.9% increase over the past three months. This surge, more than double the rate compared to the same period last year, is attributed to soaring demand coupled with constrained supply, according to estate agents.
Comparing data from the last quarter of 2023, the average price of a second-hand house in Dublin rose from €519,774 to €542,110 by the end of March 2024. Particularly, West Dublin witnessed the steepest climb with a 7.8% increase, overshadowing
