€4.4m Cannabis Seized in Dublin and Kildare; Four Arrested

Over €4.4 million worth of cannabis was seized in South Dublin and Kildare on Friday, November 14th, as part of an intelligence-led operation. Four men in their 30s were arrested in connection with the discovery.

Revenue Customs intercepted 220kg of herbal cannabis valued at €4.4 million, while Gardaí recovered an additional 10.5kg of cannabis worth €210,000, along with €10,000 in cash, during follow-up searches. The searches were carried out across locations in South Dublin and Co Kildare.

The arrested men are being held at Garda stations in Dublin and Kildare under Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007. Gardaí say investigations are ongoing.
