Gardai release images of over 90 individuals linked to Dublin riots

Gardai have released images of over 90 people they are seeking in connection with the riots in Dublin city centre a year ago.

The individuals, who remain unidentified, were reportedly present during the unrest on 23 November 2023 and are believed to have played a role in the events.

Detectives have reviewed extensive evidence, amassing more than 17,000 hours of CCTV footage since the riots. This footage continues to be analyzed as part of the investigation into the widespread violence and damage that shocked the city.

The riots, which marked one of Dublin’s most destructive nights in recent history, saw more than 60 shops and businesses attacked and looted. Public transport was severely disrupted as buses were set ablaze, and several Garda vehicles were destroyed.

Thirteen members of the Gardaí were injured during the unrest, highlighting the severity of the attacks.

To date, 57 arrests have been made, and over 150 charges have been brought forward against those involved.
