Petals Ireland, a dedicated organization fostering a humanistic spirit, is set to host an enriching one-day science workshop on Saturday, November 25th, at St Lorcan’s Boys School Hall in Palmerstown from 10 am to 4 pm. Aimed at students from primary (1st to 6th class) and secondary (1st to 6th year) levels, the event will feature engaging competitions in quiz, speech, project, and poster categories.
Distinguished professionals will lead classes, including Dr. Deepak P on “Artificial Intelligence and Society,” Dr. Sithara on “Impact of Additive Manufacturing on Sustainability,” and Yadu PR, a research fellow at TUD.
The schedule includes a range of activities, from quizzes and elocution to project presentations and poster displays, offering students a platform to showcase their talents and knowledge. Topics for the competitions span critical issues such as climate change, the arms industry and poverty, international bodies’ significance, and the quest for truth in the age of social media.
