Ireland’s GDP expected to grow by 9 percent this year despite global trade tensions

An information session aimed at helping secondary school students and parents navigate post-secondary education pathways will take place in Letterkenny next month.

The event, titled “Post-Secondary Career Path – Higher Study Options”, is being jointly organised by Divine Nails Letterkenny and Gomart Letterkenny to provide guidance on education systems in Ireland, the UK and across Europe.

It will be held at the Regional Cultural Centre in Letterkenny from 1.30pm on November 8th. Senior career coaches, European recruitment agencies and representatives from Study Well Group will be present to offer advice and answer questions about various higher education routes.

Students will also share their own experiences of post-secondary education, providing practical insights for those preparing to make decisions about their future academic and career paths.

The session is open to all secondary school students and their parents who are exploring options after completing the Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualifications. Topics are expected to cover university entry requirements, vocational training opportunities, apprenticeships, studying abroad, and career planning.

Organisers are encouraging interested families to book seats in advance through an online form at https://forms.gle/Ktzatyaj6oUixjvy5.

For more information about the event, contact Anil A.M. at 0879427840.

The session reflects growing recognition of the importance of providing young people with comprehensive information about the diverse educational and career pathways available beyond secondary school.
