American doughnut brand Krispy Kreme is opening a new store at The Square, Tallaght next month.
On December 16, just in time for Christmas, the shop will start operations.
Four years ago, Krispy Kreme opened its first location in Ireland in Blanchardstown. Since then, it has opened a number of locations throughout Dublin, most recently at the Central Plaza on Dame Street.
On opening day, the first 12 customers to the new Tallaght store will receive free “exclusive, money can’t buy” merchandise.
Doors open at 9:30 am, and Krispy Kreme has promised “lots of surprises and joy-filled activities” throughout the day.
Declan Foley, Krispy Kreme Country Manager for Ireland said: “We recently celebrated 4 years of the Krispy Kreme brand in Ireland at Blanchardstown. We are delighted to see the expansion of the brand in Ireland as our loyal customers continue to enjoy delicious doughnuts, made fresh daily.
“We cannot wait to open and bring this Krispy Kreme experience to Tallaght later this year!”
