Dublin: The Nandini dairy brand, part of the Karnataka Milk Federation (KMF), is sponsoring the Ireland cricket team for their opening match against India in the T20 World Cup. This marks Nandini’s first venture into cricket sponsorship.
The sponsorship aims to promote the Nandini brand globally. Ireland will play five group stage matches, starting with India. Other teams in Group A include the USA, Canada, and Pakistan.
Andrew May, Cricket Ireland’s Finance Director, expressed delight at the new partnership, stating that the support from KMF is a significant boost for Irish cricket and will help elevate the sport in the country. He thanked M.K. Jagadish and the KMF team for their support.
M.K. Jagadish, Managing Director of KMF, shared his pride in seeing the Nandini logo on the front of the Irish jerseys. He conveyed his best wishes to the Ireland team for their World Cup campaign.
