Permanent TSB has apologised the customers whose payments were unable to process due to some technical error.
Following the issue, some customers didn’t receive their wages and complaint arose.
Customers had experienced issues with PTSB’s Open24 online banking and the bank’s mobile app, but the issue has since been resolved.
Shortly, PTSB released an apology through their Twitter page. It later said the issues has been resolved.
