The Hungry Monkey.
An interesting name
a warm Christmas décor and
a cheeky monkey at the door.
The Hungry Monkey
Our today’s search for a new breakfast in Dublin led us to the Hungry Monkey, which was only a 4-minute drive from the Blanchardstown Shopping Centre. Located in Mulhuddart Village in Dublin 15, the Hungry Monkey offers pancakes, eggs, sandwiches, and a lot more.
What We Loved About The Hungry Monkey
The People
Yes, you heard me right. To be more accurate, the ladies who manage the café, are so warm and welcoming. It might be the first time we set foot over there, but we were welcomed as if we were long-lost family. The fussing over to make sure you are comfortable, the way they talk to each one of us to know our likes and dislikes, it’s a feeling that is not seen much when we dine out nowadays. None of their words or actions felt artificial at all.
The Décor
The warmth-filled interiors, the soft and cozy corners, the monkey at the door, and such small things which make us feel so welcome here at the Hungry Monkey are shown here.
The Food At The Hungry Monkey
Of course. The food. It might be a single dish, but the plate overflows with the flavors’. I would have to judge the French toast as the best I have ever tasted so far. Along with the sweetness of the maple syrup and the crunch of deep-fried crispy bacon. The hot chocolate was luscious too with the added marshmallows on top.
What We Can Look Forward To
The food combined with the warmth and love we received is something to look forward to the next time we visit here. Maybe, the next time, we will try out the delicious lunch they have posted on their chalkboards placed around this café.
