DART services in South Dublin to be affected on weekends due to line upgrades

Dart services in South Dublin will be severely affected due to line upgrades to be carried out this weekend and the next, said the Irish Rail. The works will be done on September 18, 19 and then on September 25 and 26. The engineering works will stop all Dart operations between Dun Laoghaire and Greystones on these days. Passengers are advised to make proper rearrangements.

The service will be limited between Malahide/Howth and Dun Laoghaire only.  Also, Sandycove & Glasthule, Glenageary, Dalkey, Killiney, Shankill and Bray DART stations will be closed for train services. Dublin Bus and Go-Ahead Ireland will accept valid rail tickets for travel within the affected area and City Centre.
