The ‘Medical Practitioner Employment History Summary’ of doctors working under HSE centres and voluntary hospitals will be considered as a proof of residence in Ireland for the score card system, the Justice Department has given clarity.
Score card system is a new change introduced by the department for citizenship applications which comes into effect from this month.
Applicants will be required to reach a score of 150 points in each of the years proof of residency is required. They do this by submitting proofs with a predetermined point value until they reach the required score of 150 points for each year of residency claimed.
