Dublin, Ireland – In a vibrant celebration of Navratri and the auspicious occasion of Vijayadashami, Ireland’s first Malayali Hindu group, Sadgamaya Satsangh organized a special event in Dublin on Tuesday, October 24th, 2023. This event was a remarkable fusion of cultural festivities and educational initiatives.
The festivities commenced at 6 p.m. with the sacred Vidyaramba pooja at the VHCCI temple in Ballymount. The main function was presided over by the esteemed Brahmasree Edassery Raman Namboothiri.
In addition to the pooja, the event featured activities for children, including writing sessions and bhajan performances. Prasad distribution was a highlight of the celebration, offering attendees the opportunity to enjoy divine blessings.
One special offering that was made available on this day was Sarasvataghrita, a sacred substance believed to enhance children’s intelligence and education.
Many children took their first step into the world of literature with the help of Raman Namboothiri on this auspicious day.
