Three people have been arrested in Dublin following a Garda operation targeting organised crime groups in the Dublin Metropolitan Region on Wednesday.

Two women and a man were detained during raids on several homes in Dublin North Inner City. €35,000 was recovered from one house and €266,000 from another, all undocumented cash.
A man in his 40s, a woman in her 30s and a woman in her 60s were arrested. They are scheduled to appear in court today.
The operation was part of ongoing garda efforts to disrupt organised crime activity in the capital. The recovery of large quantities of undocumented cash is often associated with investigations into money laundering, drug trafficking and other serious criminal enterprises.
Gardaí regularly conduct targeted operations against organised crime groups, with raids designed to disrupt criminal networks, seize assets and gather evidence for prosecutions.
