Brennans and Supermac’s baked products among those recalled over possible presence of metal pieces

The Food Safety Authority of Ireland has issued a recall notice for certain Johnston Mooney & O’Brien products due to the possible presence of metal pieces.

The affected products are sold under various brand names, including Brennans, Bundys, Dunnes Stores, Aldi, Lidl, Supermac’s, Burger King, and Kepak.

In the recall notice, consumers have been advised not to consume the implicated batches, which have expiry dates of July 20 and 21.

Retailers have been instructed to remove the affected batches from sale and display recall notices at the point of sale.
