The food delivery service Deliveroo has announced expansion of their services to counties Louth, Kildare and Meath. The company had enjoyed good business like many other delivery services during the pandemic. This fuelled the decision and the service will now be available in cities such as Drogheda, Dundalk, Naas, Newbridge, and Navan.
Deliveroo already has services in counties Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford and Wicklow. It has tie ups with almost 1,800 restaurants in the country and have 1,000 delivery riders.
Many locals and foreign nationals in Ireland see food delivery with Deliveroo as a mean of extra earning along with their study or work. So the expansion will also bring huge job opportunities in these cities.
The delivery will take as little as 30 minutes, said Deliveroo in wake of the new announcement.
