Indian Ladies in Ireland (ILI) group has taken up an initiative, called ‘Feed the Homeless’ to feed the homeless, poor, and needy people in Dublin City Centre. This fundraiser is organized by Supriya Singh in association with Gurdwara Guru Nanak Darbar Dublin and aims to offer Sewa. They also plan to provide the people with appropriate clothes, shoes, and blankets.
Their motivation behind organizing this fundraiser is that “The purpose of human life is to serve and to show compassion and the will to help others. As the number of homeless and needy people is constantly growing, let’s unite in helping the people in need and be the reason for someone to believe in the goodness of humanity. As a people-powered community, we’re stronger when we work together.”
