Flexible or hybrid working arrangements remain a crucial factor for employee wellness, according to a new research from Ibec.

In a survey of over 1,000 people, 68 per cent of employees identified hybrid or flexible work as essential to their wellbeing, while 35 per cent said they would consider leaving a high-paying job in favor of one offering hybrid options.
The findings also show that employees place a high priority on work-life balance, financial wellbeing support, and mental health initiatives from their employers.
Nearly 70 per cent of respondents reported that workplace wellness has become more important to them over the past two to three years.
While 28 per cent observed a notable increase in employer investment in wellbeing, and 30 per cent noted moderate improvements, 35 per cent believe that their line managers lack the training or support needed to effectively prioritise employee wellness.
Ibec released the research ahead of the 11th annual National Workplace Wellbeing Day, taking place on 30 April.
