Every boat enthusiast in Ireland is welcome to visit the Carlow Barrow River’s banks to take in the roar of the racers as they ply their way down the Carlow Barrow River.
The thrilling boat race will take place on April 10 between 21 teams, each of which consists of 14 paddlers and one drummer. Seven teams, including Limerick and Kilkenny, had enrolled when registration opened.
There are three races for each team to compete in. After that, the semifinal and final matches will be held. Each team must pay 225 euros to register.
