Ireland’s biggest Malayali football tournament is to be held today in Blanchardstown, Dublin. Football tournament organised by Kerala House starts in the morning and ends in the evening.
The football event, which will be contested on six pitches at the National Sports Ireland Campus, will feature 18 senior teams and 14 children’s teams for the first time in the history of the Irish Diaspora.
This is the first time that 32 teams from the non-Irish community will compete in the huge tournament. Three age groups for children’s tournaments will be held: U-15, U-13, and U-10.
