New Response System At Embassy Of India, Ireland From 24 May 2023

A revised response system has been made effective at the Embassy of India, Ireland from 24 May 2023. This 2-tier response system has been put in for the convenience of beneficiaries.

Tier-1 is the normal response mode while tier-2 is the escalation or complaint mode.

Tier-1 (Normal Response Mode)

Telephone

  1. Emergency number (+353899423734)
    • Only for death related; emergency visas related to death/medical emergencies and severe distress.
    • Open – 24 * 7
    • But use only for the above-mentioned emergencies
  2. General queries
    • For all non-urgent / non-emergency situations.
    • Open – From 2 pm-4 pm on all working days.
    • However, it is preferable to send an email with all relevant details.

Email

  1. cons.dublin@mea.gov.in – For visa attestation and other miscellaneous consular services-related queries/information.
  2. passport.dublin@mea.gov.in – For passport and OCI card-related queries/information.

Tier-2 (Escalation/Complaint Mode)

In case telephone calls are not attended or you face any issues;
