Petrol and diesel prices remained stable in March after recent increases in previous months, according to the latest AA Ireland Fuel Survey.

Petrol prices averaged €1.80 per litre, while diesel remained at €1.77 per litre.
Meanwhile, electric vehicle drivers saw a further reduction in costs, with the average price of driving dropping by three cents due to discounts on standard rates.
Elena Leao, Marketing & PR at AA Ireland, noted that while stable fuel prices may offer some relief for motorists, ongoing cost-of-living pressures make it important to maximise savings at the pump.
