A public order incident “involving a large group of males” that occurred on Monday around 6.30 p.m. in Dublin is being investigated by the Garda.
There were three people hospitalised on Monday evening following the incident at an accommodation in Citywest.
Gardai were called to the scene in Saggart at the end of the day to respond to the incident, which occurred at an accommodation used by International Protection Applicants, according to Dublin Live.
A disturbance had broken out involving a group of males.
A Garda spokesman said: “At approximately 6:30 pm this evening Gardaí were alerted to a public order incident at International Protection Accommodation in City West, following a disturbance involving a group of males. Three people were taken from the scene to the Hospital for assessment and treatment of minor injuries. Gardaí remain at the scene and no arrests have been reported at this time.”
Gardaí said investigations into the matter are ongoing.
