Portlaoise resident Arijit Mukherjee’s untimely demise has left the community in shock. The 28-year-old, who was scheduled to fly to Kolkata, India, passed away yesterday. Survived by his wife and a 6-year-old daughter, the funeral service is set for today, 28th Feb 2024, at New lands Cross Cemetery and Crematorium in Dublin.
The service will begin at 2:30 PM with Hindu last rites rituals, followed by a 15-minute slot for the general population to pay their respects from 3:00 to 3:15.
