Fexco and Tekenable collaborate to create 75 jobs in Dublin and Kerry

Fexco and Tekenable, two Irish companies, have formed a strategic partnership to invest in new services and improve client digital experiences.

The organisations will jointly invest in Salesforce cloud products and services as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365 products as part of the partnership. The goal is to improve the entire customer experience for their combined Irish and British clients.

This strategic partnership will also see the creation of 75 new jobs by 2025, with 50 roles at Fexco and 25 at Tekenable. These roles will be split across Dublin and Kerry, with full-time hybrid or remote options available, depending on the needs of chosen applicants.

The jobs will focus on digital customer experience, predictive customer behaviour analysis, and automation and operational efficiency.

Fexco was established in 1981 and provides clients in the public, energy, retail, and utility sectors with end-to-end managed business and advisory services. The Irish company claims to handle over €17 billion in transactions annually for its clients.

Fexco’s headquarters are in Killorglin, County Kerry, where about 1,000 of its 2,300 employees worldwide are employed.

Fexco MD Martin Ryan said the new partnership will see both companies build on their collective strengths to deliver the “perfect blend” of operational expertise, support and resources for customers.

“This will see us and Tekenable collaborate across multiple sectors and reinforce our position as trusted advisers who deliver transformative services for our clients,” Ryan said.

Tekenable, which was established in 2002, is a company that specialises in providing medium- and large-scale businesses with digital services using low-code platforms. It serves customers throughout the EMEA area as well as in Ireland and the UK.

The technology and services firm had a busy season in 2020, building in its Dublin team at the start of the year before acquiring software provider Greenfinch in September.

Tekenable rounded off the year by securing €1.6m in funding from the Goodbody EIIS Fund for expansion. Last year, it announced the opening of a UK office.

Nick Connors, Tekenable MD, said the partnership with Fexco will “fundamentally change” the end-to-end experience for customers.

“We predict that we will see growth from a combination of existing and new clients over the coming three years,” Connors added.
