The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) issued an allergy alert for a batch of Jack ‘n Jill Chicharron ni Mang Juan.
The FSAI said in a statement,”Milk protein was detected in the batch of Jack ‘n Jill Chicharron ni Mang Juan – Espesyal Suka’t Sili. Milk, egg, fish, and soybean were included in the ‘may contain’ allergy warning section which was obscured by a sticker in error.
The implicated batch may therefore be unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of milk, egg, fish, and soybean.”
The implicated batch details- Jack ‘n Jill Chicharron ni Mang Juan – Espesyal Suka’t Sili, pack size: 90g, best before date: 15 October 2022.
