A man has been hospitalized after a serious attack in Cork city. The incident occurred at Oliver Plunkett Street, Cork on Friday evening between 6pm and 7.30pm.
‘A man, aged in his 40s was seriously injured during the incident. He was taken to Cork University Hospital where he remains in a critical condition,’ said a statement from Garda.
Gardaí are appealing for anyone who was in the vicinity of Oliver Plunkett Street between 6p.m. and 7.30p.m. on Friday evening 10th September, 2021 and may have witnessed this assault to come forward.
