Pandemic era – high time for self time

How many hours do you surf through your favourite social media website? Does a single day pass without picturing our old bunch of noisy memories? Its a fact that the pandemic age has put our lives into isolated corners. But let’s replace it with another fact that these phases are best for being productive. Why not shift these frustrated, lonely times into peaceful productive ones?

Refine the silence around you. Its the best time to implement things which were once procrastinated. There is no better time for people who have left their passion behind looking forward for career oriented job’s. Realize and discover that you have plenty of time ahead to do things which you always loved and wished for. Its okay to be lazy for one or two days in week, but make sure you end each day by making your heart content with pleasure. Being productive and having a self-time is one of the best way to stay away from depression, as many people went through it within this time. Also it’s a best way to get way from overthinking.

For me, This month was really different from those long boring elastic days. Surprisingly those elastic days came to an end with just two things!!! A single novel and an online course created the shift. Before that there was nothing interesting or productive occurred other than the long hours on gadgets. The happiness we get from doing our favourite stuffs everyday is really overwhelming. Even a small thing would leave a peaceful space. Trying to explore new things is also wonderful, as each learning gives each lessons.

Few ways to switch your long hour surfing time into mindfully pleasure time:
1) Dust up your passion or talents and showcase it.
2) Develop a friendly relationship with your family
3) Learn an online course
4) Gift yourself with book
5) Connect with your old friends

There is no need to stress on big things, even tiny little things will mark a big space in your heart. The time used effectively and the pleasure gained is the most important aspect. When you have your self time , you do your favourite things and there evolves self love.
