Smyths Toys is now recruiting temporary employees to work in its Dublin stores for the upcoming holiday season.
They are currently looking for night pack sales assistants to join their night teams in their stores in Fonthill, Swords, Tallaght, and Carrickmines.
The company is hiring between the hours of 12 a.m. and 7 a.m. for €15.29 per hour, and outside of these hours, they are paying €11.50.
For these positions, Smyths Toys is looking for people who are “ambitious, hardworking, energetic, and reliable.”
The jobs advert reads: “We are looking for people who are passionate about detail, flexible with the hours and days that they can work, and have the ability to multitask.”
According to the jobs advert, night pack assistants start work when the store is closed to customers with the main purpose of restocking the store to prepare for trading the following day. Since weekends are typically their busiest trading days, it is likely that you will have to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights.
These roles are temporary, but there may be opportunities in stores post-Christmas.
