Tesco in Mahon Point Shopping Centre on the outskirts of Cork City has been revealed as the seller of the top-prize winning ticket for the New Year’s Eve Millionaire Raffle.
The lucky winner, who purchased their ticket on Sunday, December 18, won €1 million in the National Lottery draw.
Players in Cork are being urged to check their tickets because the winner has not yet claimed their prize. The winning ticket had the serial number 219908.
Five winners in Carlow, Dublin, and Kilkenny each received €100,000 in the Millionaire Raffle, while 6,000 other participants received prizes worth between €500 and €10,000.
