Comic-Con Ireland’s, Dublin Comic Con (DCC): 2022 – Spring Edition is to be held on 12th and 13th March 2022 at the Convention Centre Dublin. Whether you are a comic fan or an avid gamer or an enthusiastic fan of movies/tv-shows, there is something for everyone.
DCC is a pop-culture/fandom event ideal as a family day out or a fan nerd out! The DCC has organized interactive sets, guest signings by Hollywood actors and local artists, Dublin Comic Con branded merchandise, pre-signed celebrity photos from previous guests, and so on. The list is endless.
Comic-con or comic book convention is an event with a primary focus on comic books and comic book culture, in which comic book fans gather to meet creators, experts, and each other. The first comic con was held in San Diego. Now, the San Diego Comic-con International is the largest comic con and is held annually in July in San Diego, California, USA.
The first Dublin City Comic Con was held in the Temple Bar Music Centre in November 2006. This is the 8th year of DCC and is the Spring Edition. The Summer Edition of DCC will be held in August 2022.
