The affected restaurants are Base Coffee in Kilcullen, Indian Spices in Dublin 1, Mizzoni Pizza in Navan, and Seasons Chinese in Strokestown. Additionally, Meghans Café in Dublin 2 received a prohibition order.
Inspectors discovered cooking without washing, adding allergens to food, providing contaminated drinking water, and storing chicken meat without proper refrigeration. The closure notices span three months, while the prohibition order lasts for one month.
