England defeated India by 10 wickets in today’s second T20 World Cup Semifinal at the Adelaide Oval with outstanding performances of Jos Buttler (80) and Alex Hales (86). England made their entry into the finals and will now play Pakistan on Sunday.

After being given the opportunity to bat first, the Indian team, led by Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya, put up a tough 168/6 total.

Hardik Pandya fired five sixes in a stunning 63 from just 33 deliveries, and Virat Kohli also made a half-century before being dismissed by Chris Jordan (3-43).

The Indian bowling attack was completely destroyed by the English opening pair as they raced toward victory. Hales reached 50 from 28 balls and Buttler reached his half-century from 36 deliveries in the English team’s response.
