A Dublin based couple is all set to sell their four bed home, a car and €10000 in a €20 raffle. Roy MacClancy and his partner Jade does this to help buyers who struggle with the cost of renting. They have put their properties in the ‘WindublinHomeCarandCash’ event on Rafall, the competition app. Rory, who works in banking sector knows how the system works for a first time buyer and he hopes to help people from the perils they might face in the market.
They are planning to donate the money as a token of love to the hospital which treated their daughter for the past two years. They told that the work done by the hospital was incredible and supported them in their hard times.
The house is a brand new three storeyed, mid terraced, four bed building with three double beds and a single bed. The house covers up 135sqm with two dedicated car parks which is 10 minutes far from the airport and five minutes from the Portmarnock beach. Their car is a well maintained Renault Kadjar which passed the NCT. The house is in a turnkey condition and the winner can modify it with the €10000 they get.
The raffle will end either on 28th of February 2022 or when 40000 tickets are sold, whichever comes first will be counted. The winner will be notified and they are looking to end the proceedings swiftly and handover the keys.
